6 pcs banana
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 large eggs
1/2 cup chopped pecans or almond
3/4 cup oil
1 cup fresh milk
Preparations:
- Get the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and grease up some cake pans.
- Beat sugar and vegetables oil in a small bowl with electric mixer for about 3 minutes add eggs and beat at once until combined.
- Combined all remaining dry ingredients in a large bowl mix together, add the mixture from small bowl slowly and beat well with spatula in one direction.
- Add mashed banana mix together with the batter.
- Pour the mixture into prepared baking pan, spread the pecans or almond on top on it.
- Bake in 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 to 60 minutes, or insert a toothpick into center of the cake till come out clean take it out to cool.
