Ingredients:
Dough:
2 cups minced meat
4 tablespoon chopped white cheese
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
2 tablespoon chopped onion
6 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon mixed spice
For covering:
White flour
Breads Crumbs
eggs
oil for fry
Preparations:
- Place all dough ingredients in food processor, blend for 1 minute.
- Divide mixture into equal portions and shape into patties 1 cm thick, cover with flour then egg and bread crumbs refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Fry in hot deep oil over low heat until golden and crispy.
