Ingredients:
1 large potato
1 cup besan flour
1/3 cup white flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup water
oil for frying
Preparation:
- Cut the potato into thin slices.
- Sift all dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Add water and mix well until smooth and homogeneous.
- Add potato slices to the batter, cover and leave for 30 minutes.
- Heat 2 cm deep oil, add potato slices one by one, fry until golden.
