Blueberry Streusel Cobbler

If you are using frozen blueberries in this recipe, do not defrost before adding them to the batter. This will help prevent the blueberries from "bleeding" into the batter.

Ingredients:

1 pint fresh or frozen blueberries

1 (14-once) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (Not evaporated milk)

2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cold butter or margarine

2 cups biscuit baking mix, divided

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 cup chopped nuts Vanilla Ice Cream Blueberry Sauce (recipe follows)

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. In bowl, combine blueberries, Eagle Brand and peel.

2. In large bowl, cut 3/4 cup butter into 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix until crumbly; add blueberry mixture. Spread in greased 9-inch square baking pan.

3. In small bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup biscuit mix and sugar; cut in remaining 2 tablespoons butter until crumbly. Add nuts. Sprinkle over cobbler.

4. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until golden. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and Blueberry Sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.

Blueberry Sauce: In saucepan, combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Gradually add 1/2 cup water. Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in i pint blueberries; cook and stir until hot.

Easy Chocolate Lover's Cheesepie

Ingredients:

3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups (12-ounce package)Hershey's Mini chips - Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided

1 extra-serving-size package graham cracker crumb crust (9 ounces)

2 tablespoons whipping cream

Procedure:

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit

2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs
and vanilla; beat well. Stir in 1 2/3 cups small chocolate chips; pour into
crust.

3. Bake 10 minutes. Without opening oven door, reduce temperature to 250 degrees
Fahrenheit; continue baking 30 minutes or just until set. Remove from oven to wire rack. Cool completely. Cover; refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.

4. Place remaining 1/3 cup chips and whipping cream in small microwave-=safe bowl.
Microwave at High (100%) 20 to 30 seconds or just until chips are melted and
mixture is smooth when stirred. Cool slightly; spread over top of cheese pie.
Refrigerate 15 minutes or until topping is set. Cover; refrigerate leftover
cheese pie.

How to Bake Chocolate Brownies



This is my favorite Chocolate brownies, I just want to share to all of you. It is so delicious and moist.


Ingredients:

1 cup flour

1/2 white sugar

1/2 brown sugar

1 lbs unsalted butter

3/4 cup cocoa

3 pcs eggs

2 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup walnuts or pecans

1/2 cup unsweetened white or dark chocolate chips

1/2 teaspoon of salt


Preparations:

1. Lightly grease or Spread little butter on the baking pan; set aside.

2. Melt the butter in sauce pan

3. In a large bowl put the flour, sugar, cocoa, salt then mix all the dry ingredient
together.

4. Add the eggs, melted butter, and the vanilla.

5. Mix them all together then add the chocolate chips then mix again.

6. After mixing them all together transfer to baking pan and spread all together.

7. Preheat the oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 to 35 minutes.



Ingredients:
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 1/2yeaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

1 cup "M & M's" Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking, divided

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking
pan: set aside.

2. Large bowl, cream 3/4 cup butter and sugars until light and fluffy; Beat in eggs
and vanilla

3. In medium bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups flour, baking powder and salt; blend into
creamed mixture.

4. Divide batter in half.

5. Blend together cocoa powder and melted butter; stir into one half of the dough.

6. Spread coca dough evenly into prepared baking pan.

7. Stir remaining 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup "M&M's" Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking
bits.

8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until edges start to pull away from sides of pan.

9. Cool completely then cut into bars.

10. Store in tightly covered container.

Sweet Cinnamon Rolls


I learned this recipe from my niece Fatima, she prepared this for my birthday! thanks FatMAt! it is really taste good. I tried to prepared and I add some cardamon on it for flavor, I found it gave the bread a flavor that was perfect with coffee or tea. I started with 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon. see the Procedure below:


Ingredient:

2 cups sifted all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 cup vegetable oil or canola oil

3/4 cup buttermilk

8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup milk, optional

Preparation:


1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl and mix well.
Stir in vegetable or canola oil. Add buttermilk and stir just until blended.

2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Roll dough into a
15 x 8- inch rectangle.

3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9-inch round baking pan
lightly.

4. Spread butter over the dough. Combine granulated sugar, cardamon, and cinnamon in a small
bowl and mix well. Sprinkle over butter. Roll up rectangle, jelly roll fashion,
starting from one long side. Pinch seam to seal.

5. Cut the roll into 1 1/2-inch slices. Arrange the slices, cut side up, in
prepared baking pan. Bake until lightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes.


6. Remove from oven. Pour milk over the top, if desired. Serve hot.
