Mochiko Cake



Thanks to Ate Ella, my co-workers who share with me this Mochiko Cake! 




Ingredients:

2 Cups Mochiko Flour
4 eggs
4 Cups Evaporated Milk or 2 Cans
1 1/2 Cups White Sugar
1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Stick Butter (4 oz) or 1/2  cup
2 Tbsp Vanilla
3 Tbsp Baking Powder

Procedure:

Cream the sugar together with the butter till soften, add the eggs beaten from separate plate slowly then beat again to mix together.
Bake for 45 min. to 1 hour, until the top is golden brown or tooth pick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the cake.
