How are you today? hope you are doing fine! with this summer time you need to take a glass of smoothies, it is easy to prepare and give you with healthy look and fresh, if you are with me then I can prepare for you. But anyway my family's love to drink especially my mother and my husband. Follow the procedure below:



Ingredient:

1 Mango
1 Pc of Banana
6 Pcs of Strawberry
1 Cup of Yogurt (Strawberry Flavor)
2 Cups of fresh milk (fats free)
1 Tablespoon Nestle Nesquik Strawberry
1 Cup of Pineapple Juice or Mango Juice
2 Cups of mash ice


PROCEDURE:

Blend all together the above ingredient.

Serve for 6 glasses
