Fruits Smoothies

Hi, How are you today? hope you are doing fine! with this summer time you need to take a glass of smoothies, it is easy to prepare and give you with healthy look and fresh. After your gym have this a glass of smoothies you forget everything except me. But anyway my family's love to drink especially me. Follow the procedure below:


Ingredient:
1 pc Mango, riped
1 pc Banana, riped
6 pcs Strawberry, ready to eat
2 cups of fresh Milk (fats free)
1 cup Yogurt (Strawberry flavor)
1 Tables Nestle Nesquik Strawberry flavor
1 cup Pineaapple Juice or Mango Juice
2 cups mash ice

PROCEDURE:

Blend all together the above ingredient

Serve for 6 glasses

Meat Pakoras


I learn this from my friend Sarah in Kuwait, it is very famous to all Pakistani, Indian, and Bangladeshi. I used to prepare this especially during Ramadan for our iftar (breaking Ramadan's fast).

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup brown Flour
1 cup minced Meat
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon yeast
1/2 cup Water
Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric, and Oil for fry

Preparation:
  1. Prepare a large bowl put minced meat, onion, parsley, salt, black pepper, turmeric, and mix all together. set aside.
  2. Warm the water and add yeast on it, and pour into large bowl add flour mix together, and knead until smooth batter, and add the mixture on it, and mix all together,  cover, stand for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil, about 2 cm deep, in a wide flat pan. Add tablespoonful of butter and press into patties, fry on both sides until golden brown and cooked through, Remove to a rack, covered with absorbent paper to drain. 
Serve for 8 people while still hot.

Pancit Malabon Shehgarlynn Version


Pancit Malabon is a Filipino dish that originated from Malabon, A place in Metro manila where I leave before. We used to order special Pancit Malabon for any occasion or normal days.

Finally, I cook Pancit Malabon, Shehgarlynn version with seafood, healthy and yummy. I wish you are one of my taster if I'm qualified or not, but I know I am very qualified for any reason.

I tried to experiment my own version, I mean my own recipe a healthy one, is not easy to prepare but if you want to eat you can make as easy as you think.

You will see the recipe below:

Ingredients:

500 g or 17.64 Oz Palabok Malabon
1 big Onion, sliced
10 pcs cloves of Garlic, 7 pcs minced and fried
3 pcs stalks green Onions, sliced fine
10 pcs stalks Parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon Olive or Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground Pepper
1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder instead of Achuete for coloring
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 pounds Clams cleaned and boiled with water
2 pound Shrimps, shelled and deveined
2 pound Squids, head separated, body cleaned and sliced
2 tablespoons Cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup water
2 cups water
2 tablespoons Fish Sauce or Patis
3 Eggs boiled shelled and cut in wedges
2 Lemon

Preparations:
  1. The Shrimps and Squids put in separate container, add little black pepper, salt, and garlic powder and overnight.
  2. The Clams boiled with water add Ginger and Salt.
  3. Soak Noodles in tap water for 15 minutes.
  4. Boil the Noodles in water for 5 to 10 minutes and add a little salt and oil, boil until tender.
  5. Stir to loosed and drain the Noodles.
  6. In a small pan, stir- fry the Squid until cook add little Fish sauce. Set aside.
  7. Using the small pot, boil the Shrimp shells with 2 cups of waters for 3-5 minutes, strain and dispose the shells..
  8. Using a separate big pan, saute the 3 smashed garlic with Olive Oil, add onion, Shrimps add little Salt, Pepper, Turmeric powder until the Shrimp turn red, add meat Clams, and  1/4 cup water with dissolved Cornstarch. Set aside.
  9. The same pan add the boiled water from Shrimp Shells, add Salt, Pepper,Turmeric powder, Fish sauce.
  10. While the water is boiling add the Noodles stir till the color and taste absorb on it.
Assemble on a plate in this order:
  1. Noodles
  2. Spread No. 8 on top of Noodles
  3. Spread No. 6 on top of Noodles
  4. Spread Fried Garlic
  5. Add Boiled Eggs
  6. Sprinkle Green Onion, and Parsley on top.
Serve for 8 people with lemon.
